Head of Digital Marketing

About the role

This senior position leads the entire digital ecosystem for a growing professional services organisation. You will own strategy, drive campaigns and build an inbound engine that positions the business as a market leader.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the overall digital marketing strategy.
• Own website performance, SEO and user experience.
• Create inbound marketing campaigns that generate high‑quality leads.
• Build content strategies across multiple digital channels.
• Manage email marketing, paid campaigns and social media activity.
• Use analytics and insight to continually optimise performance.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to produce thought‑leadership content.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Oversee marketing technology, CRM platforms and external agency relationships.

Required profile

• 8+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in professional services, consultancy, financial services or legal sectors.
• Proven track record of developing and owning digital marketing strategy.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with senior leadership.
• CIM qualification (MCIM or equivalent) is advantageous.
• Hands‑on approach combined with strategic capability.
