Head of FP&A

About the role

The Head of FP&A will join the senior finance team to lead budgeting, forecasting, board reporting and commercial analysis. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will work closely with the Executive Team and Board to provide insight and challenge that drives business growth and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Produce monthly management accounts, management information and Board packs.
• Deliver KPI reporting and performance analysis.
• Own cash‑flow forecasting and lender reporting.
• Build business cases and financial models to support strategic decisions.
• Partner with operational and commercial teams to drive performance improvements.
• Lead and develop the FP&A team.

Required profile

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• 5+ years’ FP&A experience, preferably in a PE‑backed or high‑growth environment.
• Strong commercial mindset and stakeholder management experience.
• Proven ability to improve processes, reporting and controls.
