Head of Fund Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Fund Operations to lead and transform our international fund administration function. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of fund services across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring operational excellence, robust controls and an outstanding client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a multi‑jurisdictional team delivering fund administration services.
• Drive transformation through process simplification, automation and AI‑enabled solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as AIFMD, IFRS, FATCA and CRS.
• Contribute to business strategy, operational planning and long‑term growth initiatives.
• Oversee governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement at executive and board level.

Required profile

• Significant experience in fund administration, fund accounting or asset servicing environments.
• Proven leadership of complex, multi‑jurisdictional operations.
• Deep understanding of fund structures, financial reporting and investor servicing.
• Demonstrated success delivering operational transformation and systems implementation projects.
• Strong commercial mindset with a focus on client service.
