Head of Growth – Remote, £80k-£90k

About the role

The company is a well‑established consumer business seeking a commercially minded Head of Growth to drive customer acquisition, marketing efficiency and sustainable DTC growth across the UK market. This senior, remote position sits on the UK leadership team and works closely with global centres of excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Own the UK growth strategy, forecasting and budget management to achieve acquisition, revenue and profitability targets.
• Lead the end‑to‑end acquisition strategy, optimise channel performance and foster a test‑and‑learn culture using data and experimentation.
• Partner with product, brand, analytics and global growth functions to improve customer retention, lifetime value and the overall journey.
• Build, lead and develop a high‑performing growth team while influencing strategic decisions at the UK leadership level.
• Identify, evaluate and scale new channels, partnerships and innovative growth initiatives that deliver incremental customer and revenue growth.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in growth or performance marketing within a consumer‑focused, direct‑to‑consumer environment.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of meeting acquisition, revenue and profitability goals.
• Data‑driven decision making, comfortable with forecasting, budgeting and performance analytics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work cross‑functionally at a leadership level.
