Head of Legal, UK Hub

About the role

We are looking for a commercially minded legal leader to provide strategic legal support to our UK hub and international teams. The Head of Legal will act as a trusted adviser to senior leadership, managing risk and shaping legal strategy across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide pragmatic commercial legal advice and negotiate a wide range of agreements including customer, supplier, technology and sponsorship contracts.
• Advise on regulatory compliance such as data protection, competition, anti‑bribery, sanctions, corporate governance and health & safety.
• Manage intellectual property matters, including trademarks, copyright and brand protection.
• Oversee disputes, pre‑litigation matters and coordinate external counsel to achieve commercial outcomes.
• Support AI governance, AI deployments and related contractual issues.
• Assist with acquisitions, disposals, restructurings and strategic projects through due diligence and implementation support.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with experience advising on complex commercial contracts in private practice or in‑house.
• Demonstrated ability to provide commercial legal judgment, risk management and senior stakeholder influence.
• Experience mentoring junior counsel and acting as a legal leader across a multi‑jurisdictional hub.
