Head of Marketing

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious, creative and commercially‑minded Head of Marketing to lead the next stage of our marketing, brand and communications strategy. This senior role will shape how our multi‑site organisation is perceived by customers, employees and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver an organisation‑wide marketing, brand and communications strategy.
• Lead the evolution of the brand and ensure consistency across internal and external channels.
• Create marketing campaigns that support business growth, referrals, customer acquisition and service occupancy.
• Build the organisation’s profile through thought leadership, case studies and sector communications.
• Lead the digital marketing strategy, including social media, website, content and campaigns.
• Develop engaging internal communications that connect colleagues with the organisation’s vision and values.
• Manage external agencies, suppliers, marketing budgets and brand assets.
• Lead, develop and inspire the marketing team, fostering a high‑performing, collaborative function.

Required profile

• Significant senior‑level marketing experience, ideally within a multi‑site or complex organisation.
• Proven track record of developing and delivering organisation‑wide marketing and communications strategies.
• Experience leading, developing and motivating a marketing team.
• Strong background in brand management, employer branding and recruitment marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to use market research, customer insight and analytics to inform strategy and measure ROI.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
