Head of Partnerships - FinTech, Payments, SaaS

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Partnerships to lead the partnership function for a fast‑scaling payments fintech. You will design and implement a full‑cycle partnerships framework, from onboarding to lifecycle management, and drive revenue through strategic alliances across the payments ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Build and operationalise a structured partnerships framework aligned with commercial goals.
• Define, track and report on KPIs such as activation rates, pipeline contribution, revenue impact and partner engagement.
• Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to create partner‑led growth strategies.
• Identify target partner segments, craft value propositions and develop go‑to‑market approaches.
• Source, qualify and onboard high‑value strategic partners.
• Design and deliver partner enablement programmes and ensure internal teams have the tools and context to support partners.
• Drive partner activation, pipeline generation and measurable revenue contribution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a partnerships role with responsibility for building frameworks or programmes.
• Background in B2B SaaS, fintech or payments.
• Experience in a scale‑up or start‑up environment is highly desirable.
• Exposure to international markets and understanding of the payments ecosystem is a strong plus.
• Leadership experience is beneficial but not essential.
