About the role
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Head of Partnerships will be responsible for growing and managing Pikl’s key client partnerships. The role sits at the intersection of commercial, product, technology and operations, acting as the primary relationship owner throughout the partnership lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Own, develop and execute the partnership strategy aligned with Pikl’s commercial growth objectives.
- Lead commercial negotiations from initial engagement through contract execution and launch.
- Oversee onboarding and activation, ensuring successful implementation and time‑to‑value.
- Maintain senior stakeholder relationships across commercial, operational, product and executive teams of partner organisations.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships through new products, markets and initiatives.
- Monitor partner performance against KPIs and revenue targets, providing regular reporting and forecasts.
- Collaborate with Product, Technology and Operations to deliver partner initiatives and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Represent Pikl at industry events and conferences to strengthen market presence and generate new opportunities.
Required profile
- Significant experience in partnership development, business development or strategic alliances, with a proven track record of negotiating complex commercial deals.
- Experience managing large strategic accounts or partnerships, responsible for onboarding, growth, retention and commercial performance.
- Background in property management, online travel agencies or the broader vacation‑rental ecosystem.
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical ability and experience assessing strategic opportunities and risks.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial and results‑driven, with experience leading cross‑functional initiatives.
