Head of Partnerships

About the role

Stargate is the leading liquidity infrastructure protocol in crypto, powering billions in cross‑chain volume. The Head of Partnerships will be responsible for establishing and managing high‑value relationships with financial institutions and crypto ecosystems, aligning partnership initiatives with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Draft compelling, well‑researched partnership proposals that align with business strategies and client needs.
• Lead efforts to drive adoption of Stargate’s products with fintech platforms and top crypto protocols.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with crypto protocols, fintech platforms, exchanges, and DeFi projects.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams as well as external partners to scope and deliver integration opportunities.
• Guide integration projects from ideation to execution, ensuring smooth collaboration between technical teams and partners.

Required profile

• Passion for bridging the traditional finance and crypto gap.
• Proven experience leading partnerships and integrations with banks, fintech applications, exchanges, or crypto protocols.
• Excitement about DeFi and the broader crypto sector.
• Strong professionalism and ability to represent the company.
• Highly motivated, success‑driven and dedicated to completing projects.

Required skills

• 5+ years of experience in partnership or business development within fintech, crypto, or DeFi.
• Track record of successfully driving partnerships, integrations, and adoption with financial institutions or crypto protocols.
• Strong understanding of decentralized finance, blockchain technology, and the broader crypto ecosystem.
• Ability to manage technical and non‑technical stakeholders and lead integration projects across teams.
• Excellent negotiation, problem‑solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
