Head of Product – Fintech Payments (In‑person)

About the role

We are seeking a senior product leader to own and grow an in‑person payments vertical for a fast‑growing global fintech. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will act as the bridge between commercial, partner and engineering teams, turning customer outcomes into scalable product propositions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap and API strategy for the in‑person payments platform.
• Lead expansion into new acceptance channels, physical and digital environments, and adjacent sectors.
• Translate market trends, partner needs and regulatory requirements into functional requirements for agile delivery.
• Collaborate with commercial and engineering teams to deliver initiatives from concept through launch.
• Identify product‑market opportunities, drive adoption in new commercial segments and support strategic partnerships.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in FinTech or payments.
• Proven track record scaling products into new markets or customer segments.
• Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, including operators, merchants and payment schemes.
• Experience working in regulated payment environments and agile delivery settings.
