Head of Property

About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established property investment firm based in Canary Wharf to find an experienced Head of Property. You will be responsible for the strategic direction, operational performance and financial success of a diverse portfolio that includes residential, commercial, hotel and mixed‑use assets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement long‑term asset management strategies across all property sectors.
• Lead annual business planning, budgeting, forecasting and valuation processes.
• Identify and execute value‑enhancement initiatives such as redevelopments, refurbishments and repositioning.
• Oversee internal property teams and external managing agents, establishing KPIs and performance dashboards.
• Manage rental income, operating budgets and capital expenditure programmes.
• Design and deliver sector‑specific leasing strategies, negotiating with anchor tenants, corporate clients and institutional lessees.
• Direct capital projects, mixed‑use development phases and ensure delivery to agreed quality, budget and timescales.
• Provide planning, licensing and regulatory compliance oversight for all assets.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in multi‑sector real estate asset management.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving portfolio performance and value creation.
• Experience managing large, diverse property portfolios and coordinating external agents.
• Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders, investors and operational teams.
