Head of Social

About the role

We are looking for a Head of Social to own and scale our organic social presence across all major platforms. This player‑manager role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on execution, driving product‑led content that fuels awareness, acquisition and retention for our AI‑first tech platform.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the organic social strategy across key platforms.
• Transform product features and AI launches into engaging social moments.
• Build repeatable content series and launch frameworks tied to growth milestones.
• Lead a team of four (Social Growth Strategist, Community Manager, two creators).
• Own founder‑led content and maintain brand voice.
• Track KPIs, analyse performance data and iterate quickly.
• Stay ahead of platform trends and AI innovations, testing and adapting fast.
• Collaborate with paid‑social and influencer teams to amplify reach.

Required profile

• Proven track record driving product‑led social growth in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience managing a small social team in a fast‑moving startup.
• Deep passion for AI and AI‑generated content; already using AI tools daily.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent copywriting and creative instincts.
• London‑based preferred.
