Head of Supply Chain

About the role

Tekever is seeking a Head of Supply Chain to design and lead the end‑to‑end supply chain for its UK manufacturing operations. Based in Swindon with regular travel to other UK and European sites, you will be responsible for building the supply chain needed to ramp serial production of unmanned aerial platforms while safeguarding margin, lead time, quality and sovereign‑content commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Own product‑related procurement, production scheduling and supplier development across UK manufacturing.
• Design and implement the supply chain architecture to support high‑volume, high‑cadence production.
• Maintain margin, lead time, quality and compliance with UK security and sovereign‑content requirements.
• Resolve production line issues quickly and provide strategic negotiation with key suppliers.
• Collaborate with the Director of Industrial Operations and cross‑functional teams to align supply chain strategy with business goals.

Required profile

• Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (SC) and BPSS from day one.
• Proven experience in leading supply chain functions within aerospace, defence or high‑tech manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to scale supply chains from start‑up to high‑volume production.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset with hands‑on operational capability.
