Head of UK Marketing – Global Asset Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Head of UK Marketing to lead the marketing and proposition strategy for a global asset manager based in London. Reporting to senior commercial leadership, you will shape the go‑to‑market approach for retirement solutions across wealth managers, advisers and platforms, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the UK marketing and propositions strategy in line with commercial goals.
• Lead the go‑to‑market execution for retirement solutions targeting wealth managers, advisers and platforms.
• Produce high‑quality retirement content, including sales decks, narratives and collateral tailored to the UK market.
• Coordinate activities with Institutional and ETF marketing teams to ensure integrated execution across channels and events.
• Line‑manage a Product Development individual, prioritising workload and developing capability.
• Ensure all marketing materials, web content and activities comply with FCA requirements and internal policies.

Required profile

• Senior experience in marketing or product marketing within asset management, pensions or broader financial services.
• Deep understanding of the evolving UK landscape for intermediary and wealth audiences.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage direct reports.
• Strong knowledge of FCA regulatory requirements as they apply to marketing communications.
