About the role

We are looking for an energetic Head Waiter to join the launch team of Brasserie Olivia, a modern French brasserie opening in Chelsea. You will be the face of the service floor, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless, high‑energy dining experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver warm, professional service while mastering the full menu and wine list.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to maintain a smooth, fast‑paced service flow.
• Oversee guest seating, order taking, and timely delivery of dishes.
• Mentor junior wait staff and uphold the brand’s service standards.
• Handle peak‑time rushes with composure and efficiency.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in busy, high‑volume restaurants.
• Strong sense of hospitality and a passion for making guests feel valued.
• Calm, professional presence with excellent organisational abilities.
• Legal right to work in the UK (valid visa or residency).
