Headhunter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

OneDome is seeking a proactive Headhunter to lead talent acquisition across technology, product, operations, sales, marketing and corporate functions. In this hands‑on role you will directly source, engage and recruit senior and specialist talent, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers in a fast‑growing fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies across the UK, building pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Identify and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking and market mapping.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, from outreach to offer acceptance.
• Produce market intelligence, salary benchmarking and competitor hiring insights.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑hire, quality of hire and sourcing effectiveness.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in executive search, headhunting or in‑house talent acquisition.
• Proven success hiring senior talent within technology, fintech or proptech high‑growth businesses.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with a commercial mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent searches and thrive in a fast‑paced scaling environment.
