Healthcare Assistant – £17/hour – Flexible Shifts

About the role
Join MCS Healthcare, a CQC‑regulated provider delivering community care to individuals with a range of needs. As a Healthcare Assistant you will be paid for every minute you work, with flexible shift options to suit your lifestyle.
Key responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and record observations.
- Carry out basic observations and report any changes.
- Perform complex care tasks where qualified.
- Support clients with daily living activities in a safe, respectful manner.
Required profile
- Care Certificate or NVQ in Health & Social Care.
- Minimum 1 year of care experience.
- Full UK driving licence and valid DBS on the Update Service.
- Safeguarding Level 2 or 3 certification.
Required skills
- Medication administration.
- Manual handling.
- Basic Life Support.
