HGV Driver – Loading & Unloading (Full‑time)

About the role

This full‑time HGV Driver position at Aldi combines professional driving with loading and unloading deliveries. You will spend roughly 40% of your time behind the wheel and the remainder handling goods, ensuring safe and efficient transport to our stores.

Key responsibilities

• Operate an HGV safely and in compliance with all road regulations.
• Load, secure, and unload deliveries, maximising vehicle space while prioritising safety.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and vehicle logs.
• Participate in scheduled driver training and medical checks during working hours.

Required profile

• Valid Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence).
• Current driver medical clearance.
• Valid driver card(s) as required for HGV operation.
• Physical ability to handle loading and unloading tasks.
