HGV Driver Nights

About the role

The role involves night-time heavy goods vehicle (HGV) operation for Aldi, combining professional driving with loading and unloading deliveries between 10 pm and 4 am. You will be responsible for safely transporting goods to our stores while maximising vehicle load capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Drive an HGV on night shifts (10 pm‑4 am) to deliver stock to Aldi stores.
• Load and unload pallets, ensuring optimal use of space and adherence to safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and vehicle checks.
• Keep driver certifications (CPC, medical, driver card) up to date.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to meet delivery schedules.

Required profile

• Valid Driver CPC and appropriate driver licence for HGV.
• Current driver medical and driver card.
• Willingness to work night hours and perform physical loading tasks.
• Commitment to safety and punctuality.
