Freezer Night Selector

About the role

Join Aldi’s fast‑growing warehouse team as a Freezer Night Selector. You will work the 10 pm‑4 am shift, picking stock for stores and loading it onto pallets while ensuring accuracy and safety in a cold‑storage environment.

Key responsibilities

• Pick stock for designated stores using a headset for real‑time instructions.
• Load selected items onto the correct pallets for driver collection.
• Verify store numbers and ensure all paperwork matches the items picked.
• Maintain a clean and safe freezer area while adhering to Aldi’s operational standards.

Required profile

• Ability to work night shifts (10 pm‑4 am) consistently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working in a cold‑storage environment.
• Good communication skills to follow headset instructions.
