High Net Worth Insurance Executive – Private Clients

About the role

This position focuses on developing new business while managing and growing a portfolio of affluent and High Net Worth clients in Hampshire. You will deliver a bespoke, high‑touch service across a range of personal insurance products.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through networking, referrals and proactive outreach.
• Manage and develop a portfolio of High Net Worth clients.
• Advise clients on insurance and risk‑management requirements.
• Negotiate with insurers to secure suitable cover and competitive terms.
• Maintain excellent client retention through exceptional service.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities to support business growth.
• Ensure all client interactions comply with FCA regulations and Consumer Duty requirements.

Required profile

• Experience in High Net Worth, Private Clients or Personal Lines insurance.
• Strong relationship‑building and consultative client service skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet business development targets.
