High Net Worth Mortgage Broker – Hybrid Role in High Wycombe

About the role

We are seeking a High Net Worth Mortgage Broker to join a leading award‑winning brokerage serving the High Wycombe, Amersham and Beaconsfield areas. The role is hybrid, Monday‑Friday, with no weekend work, and provides access to a strong lead pipeline from internal referrals, estate agents and accountants.

Key responsibilities

• Manage mortgage applications for high‑net‑worth clients from initial enquiry to completion.
• Develop and maintain relationships with introducers such as estate agents and accountants.
• Provide expert advice on a wide range of mortgage products and structures.
• Achieve sales targets and uncapped commission earnings.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Required profile

• Full CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification.
• Minimum three years’ experience in mortgage advisory.
• Proven track record working with high‑net‑worth clientele (preferred).
• Successful experience collaborating with estate‑agency introducers.
• Entrepreneurial, driven and enthusiastic attitude.
