About the role

We are seeking motivated Protection Advisors to join a directly authorised mortgage brokerage. This fully home‑based position allows you to build your own protection portfolio, leveraging our sourcing software, CRM, and a wide range of insurance providers.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage protection business through your own network and methods.
• Write protection policies with a target gross income of over £40,000 per annum.
• Collaborate with mortgage advisors to receive referral protection cases.
• Utilise in‑house compliance support and CRM tools to maintain client records.

Required profile

• Proven experience providing protection advice.
• Existing business plan or network capable of generating new business.
• Willingness to work independently and self‑generate leads.

Required skills

• Knowledge of protection insurance products.
• Ability to operate CRM and sourcing software.
