HORECA National Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a driven National Account Manager to expand our high‑growth FMCG brand portfolio within the HORECA channel across the UK. You will be responsible for building strategic partnerships with hospitality, catering and foodservice customers, identifying new business opportunities and delivering sustainable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a national account strategy for the HORECA sector.
• Manage and grow relationships with national foodservice accounts.
• Identify and secure new business across hospitality, catering, leisure, travel and contract catering.
• Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, promotions and annual trading agreements.
• Create joint business plans that drive mutual growth.
• Analyse market trends, customer performance and competitor activity to uncover opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Customer Service to ensure excellent delivery.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets and account plans.
• Monitor profitability and achieve sales, volume and margin targets.
• Represent the business at customer meetings, trade shows and industry events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the HORECA or foodservice sector.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation ability.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Good understanding of HORECA dynamics.
• Self‑motivated and proactive approach.
