Hospitality Experience & Events Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Hospitality Experience & Events Supervisor to lead engaging activations and guest experiences across a busy corporate hospitality site in Central London, serving up to 800 guests daily.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver themed hospitality activations, seasonal campaigns and events.
• Manage external suppliers and vendors including décor, floristry, props, entertainment, print and equipment.
• Source products, negotiate costs and oversee budgets.
• Coordinate logistics from concept through to on‑site execution.
• Present proposals, budgets and activation plans to senior stakeholders and clients.
• Maintain the hospitality marketing and events calendar.
• Lead on‑site set‑up, ensuring high standards and attention to detail.
• Respond to last‑minute client requests and shifting priorities.
• Analyse guest feedback to continuously improve the experience.
• Support and develop a junior team member.

Required profile

• Background in hospitality, events, catering, hotels, workplace experience or premium customer‑facing environments.
• Proven experience managing suppliers, contractors and external vendors.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver events or activations within hospitality settings.
• Strong project‑management and organisational capabilities.
• Commercial awareness with experience handling budgets and quotations.
• Confidence interacting directly with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude with the flexibility to adapt in a fast‑paced environment.

• Competitive salary up to £45,000 per year.
