Hospitality Manager – Care Home

About the role

As a Hospitality Manager at Kingsley Healthcare, you will lead the hospitality team to deliver an exceptional living experience for our residents. You will oversee food services, activities, housekeeping and maintenance, ensuring every aspect reflects our family‑focused values of compassion, empathy and transparency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day hospitality operations, including food service, activities, housekeeping and maintenance.
• Collaborate with the chef to ensure high‑quality, timely meals that meet residents’ dietary needs.
• Design and implement engaging activity programmes that promote residents’ well‑being and enjoyment.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness standards and address maintenance issues promptly.
• Control the hospitality budget, balancing cost efficiency with service excellence.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and staff to foster a supportive community.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a hospitality or similar managerial role within a care home, hotel or related setting.
• Strong people‑management and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of relevant employment, health and safety legislation and care‑home policies.
• Ability to lead a team, drive continuous improvement and deliver outstanding resident experiences.
