Hospitality Manager – Care Home

About the role

We are seeking a Hospitality Manager to lead the hospitality operations within our care home. You will use your people‑management and communication expertise to create an outstanding resident experience, overseeing food service, activities, housekeeping and maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a caring service experience aligned with our family values of compassion, empathy and transparency.
• Foster a positive, teamwork‑focused work environment and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee food service operations, working closely with the chef to ensure quality meals are served on time.
• Develop and run engaging activities that promote residents’ interests, enjoyment and well‑being.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards and ensure a strong first‑impression experience for residents and visitors.
• Address maintenance issues promptly to keep the facility in good condition.
• Manage the hospitality budget, meeting revenue targets while controlling costs.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and staff to enhance community engagement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar hospitality role within a care home, hotel or related environment.
• Good knowledge of relevant legislation and policies, including employment and health‑and‑safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
