About the role

We are seeking a Hospitality Manager to lead our front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams, ensuring a warm and professional experience for every guest. This full‑time, Monday‑to‑Friday position involves overseeing service standards, staff development and event delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure guests receive a warm, professional, consistent experience
• Act as the main point of contact and respond to client needs
• Train, support, and develop staff to deliver high standards
• Maintain smooth service, presentation, and customer flow
• Uphold all statutory and company standards
• Schedule effectively to meet service and budget requirements
• Support budget control, cost management, and revenue targets
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and efficiency
• Facilitate seamless communication between front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house
• Plan, set up, and deliver events to a high standard
