About the role

Join the award‑winning Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park team as a Host for the exclusive Dinner by Heston Blumenthal. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless reservation experience in a luxury setting.

Key responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and seat guests.
• Take reservations in a friendly and professional manner.
• Follow up on any special requests related to reservations.
• Communicate reservation details to Head Waiters and Managers.

Required profile

• Excellent fluency in English.
• Previous host experience in a high‑standard hospitality venue or at least customer‑service experience in a luxury environment.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, Monday to Sunday, 48‑50 hours per week, including weekends and bank holidays.
