Hot Tubs Assistant

About the role

Join our team at Retallack Resort & Spa in Cornwall as a Hot Tubs Assistant. You will ensure that the luxury hot tubs in our holiday homes are clean, safe and ready for guests at any time.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain all on‑site hot tubs, ensuring they are fully operational.
• Perform daily water testing and adjust chemicals as needed.
• Drain and refill tubs on change‑over days.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues promptly.
• Assist guests with hot‑tub related queries and provide a friendly service.
• Support other resort duties when required, including weekend and bank‑holiday shifts.

Required profile

• Friendly, helpful attitude with strong communication skills.
• Practical mindset and ability to troubleshoot problems.
• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
• Flexibility to assist beyond core duties and work weekends/holidays.
• Full UK driver’s licence.
