Hotel Administrator – Premium Lifestyle Hotel

About the role

We are looking for a Hotel Administrator to join our first art'otel in London, a premium lifestyle hotel located in the iconic Battersea Power Station development. You will be the backbone of the Executive Team, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations across all hotel departments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Hotel Executive Team.
• Serve as the central point of contact for internal queries and external enquiries.
• Assist with VIP guest relations, coordinating with relevant departments to deliver exceptional service.
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports, meeting agendas, and minutes.
• Organise and maintain filing systems, ensuring records are up‑to‑date and accessible.
• Support HR initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, and staff welfare tasks.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an administrative or hospitality support role (highly desirable).
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Passion for art, culture and hospitality.

Required skills

• Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Experience preparing reports, agendas and taking minutes.
