Hotel Day Ambassador

About the role

As a Hotel Day Ambassador at citizenM you will be the face of the brand, delivering a seamless and memorable experience for every guest. You will combine reception, concierge, barista and logistics duties in a dynamic, self‑service environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and guide them through self‑check‑in kiosks.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold breakfast items, coffee and signature cocktails.
• Act as a local concierge, advising guests on attractions, dining and nightlife.
• Maintain cleanliness of the living room, canteen and food displays for each shift.
• Assist guests with facility requests and provide basic technical support.
• Handle reservations and guest data using the Property Management System (PMS).
• Set up and tidy SocietyM meeting rooms when required.

Required profile

• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience using a Property Management System (PMS).
