Hotel Housekeeper – Seaham Hall

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Hotel Housekeeper to join our vibrant team at Seaham Hall. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest cleaning standards across guest rooms and hotel facilities, ensuring a 5‑star experience for every visitor.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to 5‑star standards.
• Manage linen, replenish amenities, and ensure all supplies are stocked.
• Report maintenance issues and follow health & safety procedures.
• Adhere to scheduled cleaning times between 10 am and 3 pm, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team and communicate professionally with guests and management.

Required profile

• Previous housekeeping experience is desired.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to 5‑star service.
• Professional appearance and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
