Hotel Housekeeping Team Member

About the role

As a Housekeeping Team Member at a Holiday Inn Express, you will ensure that guest rooms and suites are consistently fresh, welcoming, and ready for relaxation or work. You will support guests with small requests and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the property.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare rooms to meet brand standards, making each stay memorable.
• Provide guest assistance such as supplying toiletries or directions.
• Report room status, repairs, and lost‑and‑found items to the supervisor.
• Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment when required.
• Manage supplies, minimise waste, and restock amenities.
• Participate in deep‑cleaning projects, turndown duties, and other ad‑hoc tasks.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Attend all relevant training sessions.

Required profile

• Organised and able to keep track of supplies and amenities.
• Safety‑aware and willing to follow established procedures.
• Presentable – wear uniform and name badge with pride.
• Team‑oriented with good communication skills.
