Hotel Night Ambassador

About the role

Join citizenM as a Night Ambassador, delivering exceptional guest experiences during the overnight hours. You will combine hospitality, barista, and concierge skills to ensure every guest feels welcomed and cared for, even at 3 AM.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive and assist with self‑check‑in kiosks.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold breakfast items, coffee, and signature cocktails.
• Act as a city concierge, providing recommendations on dining, shopping, and nightlife.
• Maintain the living‑room area, clean the canteen, and arrange food displays for the next shift.
• Handle reservations, night‑audit tasks, and operate the property management system.
• Manage keys and overall hotel operations during night shifts, including emergency situations.
