Household & Residential Landlord Account Handler

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Household & Residential Landlord Account Handler to join our award‑winning insurance brokerage in Isleworth. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of landlord and household insurance clients, delivering high‑quality service across policy administration, renewals and new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Household and Residential Landlord policies throughout their lifecycle.
• Process renewals, mid‑term adjustments, endorsements and related documentation.
• Handle claims queries and liaise with insurers to resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities for new business and policy enhancements.
• Provide clear, professional communication to clients via email and phone.
• Ensure compliance with FCA, GDPR and internal procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in household insurance, including bedroom‑rated and high‑net‑worth segments.
• Solid understanding of Residential Landlord policies and underwriting terminology.
• Ability to explain complex information in a simple, clear manner.
• Excellent client communication skills and strong organisational attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a supportive team.

Required skills

• Confident use of standard PC systems.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with insurer platforms such as Open GI or MISYS (desirable).
• Accurate data‑entry abilities.
