Housekeeper – Dual Site (20 hrs/week)

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and appearance across two Greystar communities – Chapter White City and Chapter Portbello. The role covers 20 hours per week, split between the two sites, and involves ensuring a positive resident experience through diligent cleaning and upkeep.

Key responsibilities

• Clean reception areas, offices, common spaces, restrooms and all amenity areas on a daily basis.
• Perform daily litter picks in external community areas.
• Refresh empty rooms, apartments and show flats to keep them market‑ready.
• Conduct weekly deep‑clean flush‑downs of vacant units in line with health‑and‑safety policies.
• Log maintenance issues and assist the Community Manager with make‑ready tasks.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure cost‑effective use of materials.

Required profile

• Ability to read and write English to understand safety labels and procedures.
• Knowledge of UK health and safety regulations.
• Experience maintaining cleanliness in a customer‑occupied environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Attention to detail and flexible approach to changing work demands.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication.

Required skills

• Knowledgeable in the safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools.
• Understanding of UK health and safety requirements.
