About the role

Join the close‑knit team at The Royal Castle, a historic 17th‑century hotel in the heart of Dartmouth. As a Housekeeper you will welcome guests, ensure their rooms are immaculate and help create a warm, home‑like atmosphere throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a friendly welcome and attentive service to all guests.
• Maintain guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Report any maintenance issues and coordinate with front‑of‑house staff to ensure seamless operations.
• Support the team with flexible duties during busy periods.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about delivering a warm hospitality experience.
• Proud of keeping environments clean, tidy and welcoming.
• Team‑player who values collaboration and continuous learning.
• Open to training and development, even without prior housekeeping experience.
