Housekeeping Assistant

About the role
We are looking for a friendly Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at The Rosary Nursing Home in Bridgwater. You will help create a clean, safe and welcoming environment for our residents, supporting their daily wellbeing.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain bedrooms, communal areas and facilities to a high standard of cleanliness.
- Ensure all spaces are safe, tidy and comfortable for residents and staff.
- Work closely with colleagues to support the overall care experience.
- Pay attention to detail and report any maintenance or safety issues.
Required profile
- A caring, enthusiastic attitude with genuine interest in older people.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Commitment to treating everyone with dignity and respect.
Required skills
- Ability to follow cleaning procedures and use housekeeping equipment safely.
