About the role
Our client, a well‑established growing law firm in Liverpool, is seeking an experienced Housing Disrepair Solicitor or Fee Earner. You will own your caseload from instruction through to settlement, handling both pre‑ and post‑litigated HDR matters.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full caseload of housing disrepair matters, from instruction to settlement.
- Manage pre‑ and post‑litigation cases across small claims, fast track and multi‑track.
- Draft interlocutory applications.
- Liaise directly with Counsel.
Required profile
- Solid experience in housing disrepair law.
- Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR).
- Ability to work autonomously and meet targets.
