Housing Officer – Oxford (Temporary)

About the role

We are seeking a temporary Housing Officer to join our team in Oxford. The role is PAYE and offers an hourly rate of £18.14. You will work on a variety of housing management challenges to support safe and inclusive communities.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve anti‑social behaviour, housing and neighbourhood issues.
• Address contractual breaches, changes, fraud and safeguarding concerns.
• Manage a complex caseload proactively and creatively.
• Develop solutions that contribute to sustainable and inclusive communities.

• Strong knowledge of housing management and related regulations.
• Ability to handle multiple cases and deliver positive outcomes.
• Proactive attitude with problem‑solving skills.
