About the role
We are seeking a temporary Housing Officer to join our team in Oxford. The role is PAYE and offers an hourly rate of £18.14. You will work on a variety of housing management challenges to support safe and inclusive communities.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve anti‑social behaviour, housing and neighbourhood issues.
- Address contractual breaches, changes, fraud and safeguarding concerns.
- Manage a complex caseload proactively and creatively.
- Develop solutions that contribute to sustainable and inclusive communities.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of housing management and related regulations.
- Ability to handle multiple cases and deliver positive outcomes.
- Proactive attitude with problem‑solving skills.
