HR Administrator – Temporary Full‑time

About the role

We are seeking a motivated HR Administrator to join our client’s busy team in Woking on a temporary full‑time basis. The role is ideal for candidates with a relevant degree or at least six months of HR experience who are ready to support the employee lifecycle from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee and manager queries.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
• Support onboarding, probation, contract administration and other employee life‑cycle activities.
• Provide administrative assistance for maternity, paternity, right‑to‑work and DBS checks.
• Offer guidance to managers and staff on HR processes and policies.

Required profile

• Experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Confidence using HR systems and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Immediate availability to start.
