HR Advisor – HR Generalist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor (HR Generalist) to join our office in Greenford. You will support the HR team by providing day‑to‑day employee relations guidance and helping drive HR initiatives across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with line managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence management.
• Support investigations into workplace issues, ensuring fair and consistent processes.
• Provide advice on employment legislation, contractual terms and company policies.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Deliver induction programmes for new starters and support organisational change and restructuring activities.
• Develop and maintain HR reports for the HR team and wider business.
• Manage and improve HR systems, supporting system development and implementation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist within a complex, commercial environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience with HR systems and producing accurate HR reports.
• Excellent coaching, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification desirable or working towards it.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites.
