About the role
We are seeking an HR Advisor to provide proactive and professional HR support across the employee lifecycle. You will act as a key point of contact for managers and employees, offering advice on policies, employee relations, recruitment, performance management and best practice to help achieve business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line HR advice and guidance on policies, procedures and employment legislation.
- Serve as the primary contact for people‑related queries and employee‑relations concerns.
- Conduct exit interviews and health questionnaire conversations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring GDPR compliance and data accuracy.
- Support disciplinary and grievance investigations.
Required profile
- CIPD Level 5 qualification.
- Proven experience in an HR Advisor or similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Curious mindset and willingness to continuously improve.
