About the role
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our People & Culture team at Coloplast’s two main sites in Peterborough. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders in the UK Distribution Centre and Commercial Operations, providing both strategic and operational HR support.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders in the UK Distribution Centre and Commercial Operations, delivering strategic and operational HR support.
- Drive initiatives that strengthen capability, improve performance and support the continued growth of people and the business.
Required profile
- Proven experience supporting leaders in fast‑paced commercial environments, with the ability to operate strategically and deliver practical solutions.
- Strong relationship‑building and influencing skills, able to challenge constructively and guide change while balancing commercial awareness with genuine care for people.
