HR Business Partner

About the role

Resourcing4HR are recruiting an experienced HR Business Partner to join a leading professional services organisation in London. The role acts as a trusted adviser to managers and senior leaders, focusing on employee relations, organisational change, talent, performance and learning & development while delivering the wider People strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers and business heads across a professional services environment.
• Provide expert advice on complex employee relations, including performance, absence, disciplinary and grievance matters.
• Support organisational change, restructures and workforce planning.
• Lead and support recruitment, onboarding, talent and succession initiatives.
• Contribute to salary and bonus review processes.
• Identify learning and development needs and support relevant initiatives.
• Lead and contribute to HR projects and the implementation of HR policies and processes.
• Use HR data and insight to identify people priorities, risks and opportunities.

Required profile

• Experienced HR professional with a strong generalist background and proven ER and HR business partnering capability.
• Professional services experience is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation.
• Experience managing complex ER cases from start to finish.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• A commercially focused, pragmatic approach to HR.
• CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards it.
