HR Business Partner – People Strategy & Culture

About the role

As an HR Business Partner at Xaar, you will be at the heart of people strategy, working closely with leaders to build strong teams, shape culture, and drive organisational effectiveness. This is a hands‑on role where you will influence both day‑to‑day operations and long‑term people initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and support managers on all people‑related matters.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to improve engagement, performance and organisational effectiveness.
• Contribute to business change, transformation projects and workforce planning.
• Lead employee‑relations cases with confidence and pragmatism.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and ways of working.
• Use people data and insights to influence decision‑making.
• Support wellbeing, inclusion, succession planning and talent development initiatives.

Required profile

• Approximately 3+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of the full employee lifecycle.
• Proven ability to advise and influence managers at various levels.
• Experience handling employee‑relations cases.
• Excellent communication, emotional intelligence and collaborative mindset.
