HR Business Partner, PXT

About the role

The HR Business Partner, PXT, will work onsite at an Amazon facility in the UK, supporting one or more sites such as Swansea, Bristol or Swindon. The role focuses on operational excellence, employee experience and data‑driven decision making to strengthen culture and deliver business results.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate two‑way communication through Voice of the Associate, roundtables and GEMBA walks.
• Design and execute employee engagement and recognition programs, including budget planning and appreciation activities.
• Build inclusive environments by establishing Employee Resource Groups and ensuring equitable talent practices.
• Maintain a strong floor presence, gather insights and identify early signs of disengagement.
• Conduct regular site walks to assess workplace conditions and uphold Amazon facility standards.
• Partner with safety teams to ensure consistent execution of safety programs and lead community initiatives.
• Analyze data to spot trends, predict challenges and implement proactive solutions.
• Drive adoption of HR technology, AI and self‑service tools while providing high‑touch support when needed.
• Coach site leaders on people‑management practices, performance feedback and employee‑relations matters.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable HR role.
• Strong ability to communicate and build relationships with employees and senior leaders.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to influence decisions.
• Willingness to work onsite and travel across multiple sites within the region.
• Commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive and high‑performing workplace.
