HR Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive HR Coordinator to support the People function at Soar Group. The role is hybrid, based in Central London, and offers the chance to shape recruitment, onboarding and employee experience in a fast‑growing performance agency.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling, manage candidate communication and maintain recruitment trackers.
• Support job posting creation, assist hiring managers and collect interview feedback.
• Maintain HR records, policies and documentation; aid payroll preparation and benefits administration.
• Conduct right‑to‑work checks, manage employment documentation and ensure HR systems are up‑to‑date.
• Act as first point of contact for HR queries, support employee engagement initiatives and help organise company events.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in HR, People Operations, recruitment or coordination.
• Highly organised, detail‑obsessed and able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a warm, approachable demeanor.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment.
• CIPD qualification or progress towards one is desirable but not mandatory.
